Body Talk is a platform that I started during the Covid-19 lockdown in 2020 to provide a safe space for everyone to share their thoughts, struggles through art, design and conversations. Through its interactive platforms and projects, it breaks stigmas on Mental Health and re-defines Body Image globally.

Through both its digital and physical formats, Body Talk has redefined how we discuss mental health and body image, using design as a bridge between private experience and collective understanding. It remains an evolving platform, committed to fostering honesty, empathy, and connection through creative expression.
Identity Design
To express the boldness and sensitivity at the core of Body Talk, I crafted a brand identity built on contrast and openness.
The logo combines wave-like lines with shifting weights to reflect mind waves and diverse body types, ending with a cursor symbol to suggest an ongoing dialogue.
A flexible palette of nudes and blues evokes trust and intimacy, while minimal line drawings frame the platform’s creative content without distraction.
The Body Talk website hosts educational content on mental health issues, spaces for anonymous storytelling, and community-sourced resources. Each interaction was crafted to feel personal and non-judgmental, encouraging active participation and peer-led support.

The Body Talk Zines extend the project's mission into tactile form, with each annual issue focusing on a new theme related to self-image, resilience, and mental health narratives.
